Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for all domestic orders.

Packaging

Every Strike Society order is packed with care. Porcelain matchboxes are individually wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a rigid mailer with padding to protect against transit damage. Gift sets arrive in a Strike Society keepsake box, ready to give.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We ship to the United States only at this time. Sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Fragile item notice: Our porcelain matchboxes are carefully packed, but porcelain is delicate by nature. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours at jamie@strikesocietyco.com. We will make it right.
