Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

Because our matchboxes are limited edition art objects produced in small batches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on the basis of preference or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packing every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. To initiate a damage claim:

  1. Photograph the outer packaging (including any damage to the box)
  2. Photograph the damaged item
  3. Email both photos to jamie@strikesocietyco.com within 48 hours of delivery
  4. Include your order number in the subject line

We will respond within 1-2 business days with a resolution. If the design is sold out, we will offer store credit or a full refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at jamie@strikesocietyco.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange the correct item to be sent immediately.

Gift Sets

Gift sets follow the same policy as individual items. All gift set sales are final. Damaged gift set claims follow the same process as above.
