Strike Society was born from a simple question: why should beautiful objects be hidden away?
Every home has a drawer full of things that work perfectly but are never seen. Utility items stripped of beauty, bought for function and forgotten everywhere else. We think that is a missed opportunity.
Strike Society makes porcelain matchboxes that earn their place on your shelf. Each design is commissioned from an independent artist, glazed in small batches, and finished with the kind of detail that makes you pause before you strike the first match.
We sell an object. But what we are really after is the ritual — the moment of noticing something beautiful in an ordinary act.
The Artist Series
Every Strike Society design is an original commission. We work with independent artists to create illustrations that feel timeless — botanical motifs, geometric forms, abstract compositions — each one translated onto high-fired porcelain and glazed in small batches. Limited runs. Once they are gone, they are gone.
